Banana Breakfast Smoothie

There’s no better way to get your day started than with a quick, healthy breakfast smoothie! Especially if you’re in a rush. Today I’ll share with you one of my favourites, it’s really easy to make and you don’t need any fancy ingredients. Sorry when I filmed this it was first thing in the morning and I was a little under the weather, BUT I do have a microphone now!!


1 Banana

Handful of Oats

1 tbsp. Honey

Half pint of Milk

Drop of Vanilla Extract


Simply put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend! Serve straight away and enjoy!!

If you’re often throwing bananas out because they’re past their best, I’ve got a tip for you. If you think you’re going to be wasting a banana simply peel it, break it up, put it in an air tight container (or freezer bag) and keep it in your freezer. It can then be used for smoothies (like this one). Simply remove it from the freezer and put it straight into the smoothie; it makes them extra cold and refreshing!!
